Camdenton Branch

This past week I got the chance to work at my favorite branch, the Camdenton branch!! I was beyond excited when I got the news, that I would be sent there to help! A little background, I used to work at this branch last year. I got volunteered to go help out at the branch I am at now (Main Bank) because they needed help. At the end of that time I was there helping, they said, "well, we are keeping you." I was beyond crushed. I am pretty sure I cried the last day I worked at the camdenton branch. Sappy, I know but I was sad to go. Well anyways, I have random times where I get sent to the Camdenton branch now to help. It's usually only for one day at a time but I was blessed with getting to go for a whole week!!!

I had a whole week of drama free work! Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy working at the main bank its just hard. This whole week while being at the camdenton branch, If I was tired or mentally drained it was because of work. Ok... let me explain that a little better for you. Normally i feel beyond drained mentally because of drama, this was however not the case this week. I was just simply tired because of work itself, which is way better!! It was absolutely wonderful and I love everyone I work with there!

They were putting up Christmas Decorations while I was there and it reminded me of last year when I was there. I took some pictures and I thought I would share. Sorry they are not from this year but still they are good memories!

It's so fun we even get to decorate a tree!! Well this is all happening the day after thanksgiving while most everyone is doing the black Friday shopping. Black Friday shopping equals no one coming into the bank :)

I love the Girls who work there very much, they are all like sisters to me! It honestly doesn't feel too much like working, I mean we are!! promise!! It's just a good environment to be in, where you enjoy working with each other. One of my favorite people is Megan Brenner! She has such a big heart and she is such an encouragement to me!!

Okay one of the best parts of being in camdenton the whole week was seeing my family. Recently part of my family moved there and I got to have lunch with them every day!!! I love them oh so much and they were all alot of fun!! It made my lunch hour wonderful everyday!!!

see they are beyond fun!! :) I love them!!

So I will leave you with these pictures that will explain why I love working at this branch...

Yup they are awesome!!

CBOLO

Okay, So I bet some of you are wondering what CBOLO stands for. It's not anything exciting it just stands for Central Bank Lake of the Ozarks. That's where I work at right now as a teller and it is by far major source of stress in my life. You might laugh and say, "Really working at a bank is stressful?" Yes, it truly is but not because of the job, but because of the people. There are a few choice people who just don't seem to want to work and when they are at work, that causes stress for the rest of us. I decided instead of always getting mad, that I would just bring it to my boss with something happens. Well yesterday, I came in early because my boss asked me to. I needed to work on a project. Well this other girl, we will just call her the "co-worker" has to come in early also. She has a new work scheduale, where she gets off early so she has to come in early. She has the job of running all the bags. The bags are just different deposits that business have dropped off over night. It's pretty much the first thing we do every morning. Well I'm working on my project and she grabs about 4 bags. After she finishes those bags she says really loudly, "Okay well I'm done with my bags." There are still about 5 bags left and I'm still working on the project I had. She then says the same thing again loudly. She says, "I'm going to the bath room, grabs her water cup and leaves. When she comes back she doesn't get the rest of the bags but then continues to do nothing. So now I'm a little frustrated because this is no the first time she has refused to do her job. I decided to talk to my boss about it. After I talked to him about it, he talked to her and the drama begins. Now she walks around and rolls her eyes at me every time she see's me. She acts like you better be afriad of me because i won't take your crap....I have no idea what to do!! I thought a way to cut off the drama would be to end it with my boss but that seems to have created more.

So I need some advice, what should i do? It stinks because I am a people pleaser but I also don't want her to walk all over the other employee's. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!!

Also this is verse from reading yesterday, I really liked it so I thought I would share. It's Habakkuk 3:17-19

17Though the fig tree does not blossom and there is no fruit on the vines, [though] the product of the olive fails and the fields yield no food, though the flock is cut off from the fold and there are no cattle in the stalls,

18Yet I will rejoice in the Lord; I will exult in the [victorious] God of my salvation!

19The Lord God is my Strength, my personal bravery, and my invincible army; He makes my feet like hinds' feet and will make me to walk [not to stand still in terror, but to walk] and make [spiritual] progress upon my high places [of trouble, suffering, or responsibility]! For the Chief Musician; with my stringed instruments.

Different

This week is unlike any other week. It's so different because my roommate in California. She is attending a worship conference in California and will be gone until Saturday. The house is just super quiet. I have accomplished alot while she has been gone. I have done all my laundry (with successfully putting it away), I wrote my midterm paper, and I read all the chapters I needed to for this week. Oh and did I mention its only TUESDAY!!! I've also been trying to spend time with the Lord before I go to work. So far this week it has been accomplished and I'm super happy about that. It helps to make the whole day go by smoothly.

One of my favorite devotionals to read is Utmost for his highest. Here is a little bit from today, I really really enjoyed it!!
The Lord does not give me rules, but He makes His standard very clear. If my relationship to Him is that of love, I will do what He says without hesitation. If I hesitate, it is because I love someone I have placed in competition with Him, namely myself. Jesus Christ will not force me to obey Him, but I must. And as soon as I obey Him, I fulfill my spiritual destiny. My personal life may be crowded with small, petty happenings, altogether insignificant. But if I obey Jesus Christ in the seemingly random circumstances of life, they become pinholes through which I see the face of God. Then, when I stand face to face with God, I will discover that through my obedience thousands were blessed. When God's redemption brings human soul to the point of obedience, it always produces. If I obey Jesus Christ, the redemption of God will flow through me to the lives of others, because the deed of obedience is the reality of Almighty God.

So Good and it speaks to me in so many ways!!!! I have read it several times now and I hope is someone does read this post that it helps them to. I'm closing with a picture from my art book. It's one that I really liked from my reading today, Enjoy!

seriously look in the background...how could someone paint like that?!?! AMAZINGNESS!!!!
